Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine " On State Social
assistance to persons who do not have the right to pension, and to the disabled "

II. Final Position
1. This Act is effective from 1 January 2012.
2. Set previously assigned public social
assistance to care according to the Law of Ukraine " On State
social assistance to persons who have no right to pension, and
Persons with disabilities " ( 1727-15 ) is subject to the calculation of the provisions
of this Act. Transfer is done on pension age materials.
This is the case of the Act.
3. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a three-month period
to take effect by the Act to ensure revision and cancellation
the Ministries and other central authorities
Regulations contrary to this Act.
