On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine
Public Procurement

N 1197-VII ( 1197-18 ) from 10.04.2014, VR, 2014, N 24, pp. 883}

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Amend the following legislative acts of Ukraine:
1. In the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences
( 80731-10 , 80732-10 ) (Information of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR, 1984,
Supplement to N 51, p. 1122):
(1) Part of the third article 38 shall complement the sentence of such content:
" Administrative charges for committing offences,
of the stipulated article 164-14 of this Code may be imposed
for three months on the detection day, but not later than two years
from the day of his study ";
(2) In Article 164-14:
in the paragraph of the second part of the first word " from three hundred to
Seven hundred untaxable foreign income minimums "replace"
" from seven hundred to thousands of unclaimed income minima
Citizens ";
in the paragraph of the second part of the second word "from seven hundred to thousands"
Non-Tax Minimum Income of Citizens " Replace the words
" from thousands to thousands of five hundred untax income minimums
citizens ".

II. Final Position
1. This Act takes effect 60 days from the day of its
publish.
2. Prior to the adoption of individual laws of Ukraine, procurement of goods,
work and services specified in Part 4 of Article 2 of the Act
Ukraine "On the exercise of public procurement" 2289-17 ),
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine " On implementation
public procurement " ( 2289-17 ).
3. Prior to the introduction of acts of legislation in compliance with this
Law and other legal acts apply in law.
a part that does not contradict this Act.
4. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in lunar row from day of dress
The Act:
to develop and apply for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
The laws that make the need for a procurement
goods, works and services listed in Part 4 of Article 2
Law of Ukraine "On the Implementation of Public Procurement" 2289-17 );
Approve regulatory and legal acts
of that Act.
