On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine
to clarify the naming of the Chief of the Funds

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
1. To make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1) in the Universal Target Environmental Programme
handling of radioactive waste approved by the Law
Ukraine " On the General State Sustainable Environment Programme
handling of radioactive waste " ( 516-17 ) (Information
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2009, N 5, st. 8; 2011, N 30,
Oh, 277):
in application 1:
in paragraph 3, the word "Ministry of State" to be replaced by " State agency
Ukraine with the management of the exclusion zone "(further-DAZV of Ukraine)";
in paragraph 4 of the words " Deputy Minister of Emergency
Situations and Protection of Population
Chernobyl disaster "replace the words" Deputy Chairman of the DAZV
Ukraine ";
in Appendix 2, the words "MNS" and "Minpalivenergo" replace
According to the words "DAZV of Ukraine" and "Minenergy coal of Ukraine";
2) in the application to the General Public Service
Exploitation of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant
to an environmentally sustainable system approved by the Law of Ukraine " On
National Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant
and the conversion of an object to an environmentally secure system "
( 886-17 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2009, N 24,
Oh, (300) The words "MNS" and "Minpalivenergo" replace respectively
"DAZV of Ukraine" and "Minenergy coal of Ukraine", and words
"Minregionbud" and "Minregioncomungop"-words "Minregionbud"
Ukraine ".
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
