Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Amend the laws of Ukraine to be amended:
1. Part of the first article 23 of the Law of Ukraine " On State
service " ( 3723-12 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993,
N 52, st. 490; with changes made by the Law of Ukraine on 8 July
2011 N 3668-VI) 3668-17 ) Set out in this edition:
" The ultimate age of stay in public service is
65 ".
2. First sentence of part of the first article 18 of the Law of Ukraine " On
service in local governments " (PDF) 2493-14 ) (Information
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, N 33, pp. 175; with changes
