1. To lead to the Land Code of Ukraine (1) 2768-14 )
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, N 3-4, pp. (27)
changes:
(1) In Article 39, the words "regional and local rules"
(...) (...)
2) in part four article 42 words "distribution projects"
the territory of the quarter, microdistrict and " exclude;
3) in Article 159:
in part one of the first words "lunar term" substitute
"weekly rows";
in part five words and the figure "in a 5-day deadline"
replace the words "in three-day lines from the day".
2. This Act will take effect from the day, next in the day
publish.
