On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine
procedures for the establishment of tariffs
On residential and public services

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Amend the laws of Ukraine to be amended:
1. Part of the second article 3 of the Law of Ukraine " On
of the State's regulatory policy in the field of economic activity "
( 1160-15 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, N 9,
Oh, (79) complement the paragraph by the eleventh such content:
" the acts set by the prices/tariffs on
-Housing services. "
2. In the Law of Ukraine "On Housing and Communal Services"
( 1875-15 ) (Information Of The Verkhovna Rada Of Ukraine, 2004, N 47,
Oh, 514; 2010, N 49, pp. 571):
part of the second article 31 to complement the paragraph by another
content:
" Order of proof to consumers of information about the list
public utilities, price/tariff structure, change
the value of the values/tariffs, with the rationale for its need and the consideration of
the corresponding position of territorial communities is developed and
is approved by the central authority of the executive branch on matters of
Housing and housing ";
Part of the fifth article 32, to be published in such an editorial:
" 5. In case of price changes/tariffs on residential utilities
The artist/manufacturer is no less than 15 days before entering them into action
tells about these consumers with reference to the decision of the relevant
organs ".
II. This Act will take effect from the day, next in the day
publish.
