1. To bring to the Law of Ukraine " On Antimonopoly Committee
Ukraine ". 3659-12 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993,
N 50, st. 472; 2000, N 41, pp. 343; 2004, N 13, pp. 181;
2011, N 10, pp. (63) Such changes:
(1) Part of the first-third article 6 is taught in such an editorial:
" The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine is formed in the composition of the Chairman
and eight state commissioners.
The head of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine has the first
Deputy and Deputy Chairman of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine,
which are appointed from the number of state commissioners. In case
Necessity to ensure the implementation of the Anti-Monopoly Committee

(7) In part of the first article 27:
The words "limit numbers of workers" to exclude;
complementing the sentence of such content: "Granular numerality"

II. Final Position
1. This Act will take effect from the day, next in the day
publish.
2. First Deputy, Deputy Chairman of the Anti-Monopoly Committee
