On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the strengthening of the protection of the children's rights

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

And. Make changes to the following legislative acts of Ukraine:

1. Paragraph of the first part of fifth article 177 Family Code of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 21-22, art. 135) to read:

" 5. The guardianship and care authorities may refuse to provide permission to commit offences against a child with a simultaneous appeal to the notary of the prohibition of alienation of such property only if they are found to be ".

2. In The Notary's Law of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 39, art. 383; 2004, No. 2, st. 6; 2006, No. 13, p. 110; 2009, No. 13, p. 161):

(1) In Article 73:

In the first sentence, "or the position of the authority of the local self-government" to exclude;

after the paragraph of the second addition to the new paragraph of this content:

"by the treatment of the organ of custody and care to protect the personal and property rights and interests of a child who has a property or living in a residential house, an apartment, another room whose alienation is imposed by the ban."

II. Final Position

1. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for three months from the day of entry into force:

Adopt the regulatory and legal acts necessary to implement this Act;

To bring their legal and legal acts into compliance with the Act;

To ensure that the Ministries and the other central authorities are responsible for their normative and legal acts in compliance with the Act.
