On Amendments to the Land and Forest Codes of Ukraine on the Conservation of Forests

(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 2012, No. 51, pp. 573)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

1. To make changes to such legislative acts of Ukraine:

1) in Earth Code of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 3-4, art. (27):

Part 3 of the third article 122:

(a) the first sentence of "State property" to be supplemented by the words "(except for the cases defined by part of this article)";

in the "b" clause "except the cases stipulated as part of the seventh of this article" to exclude;

in the clause "in" the words "except the cases defined by the seventh of this article" to exclude;

in Article 149:

In part five:

(a) the first sentence of "State property" to be supplemented by the words "(except for the cases identified by the ninth of this article)";

in paragraphs "b" and "in" the words "except the cases defined by the section of this article" to exclude;

In part 9 of the word and digit "more than 1 hectare" to exclude;

2) in The Forest Code of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 21, art. 170):

Article 27, paragraph 5, of article 27, shall be read as follows:

"5) transfers to the property, providing permanent use for non-forestry needs of land forest areas, which are in state ownership";

Article 31 and paragraph 3 of Article 32 will be excluded.

2. This Act will take effect from the day, the next in the day of its publication.
