Law of Ukraine on amendments to certain laws of Ukraine regarding improvement of the order of material providing troops (Supreme Council (BD), 2015, no. 35, item 339) the Parliament of Ukraine decides: I. Make changes to the following laws: 1. Paragraph 1 of article 9-1 of the law on social and legal protection of servicemen and members of their families "(Supreme Council of Ukraine, 1992, no. 15, art. 190; 2006. # 51, art. 519) lay in the following wording: "1. Cereal provision of military personnel is carried out according to the regulations and the terms that are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Rečove provision of military personnel is carried out according to the provisions and terms are determined in accordance with the Ministry of defence of Ukraine, Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine-special service for State transport, other central executive bodies that have subordinate military formation, the head of the security service of Ukraine, the head of the State guard of Ukraine, head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, the head of the State service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine and order monetary compensation cost neotrimane rečove property is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ".

5. in article 5 of the law of Ukraine "on State special transport service" (Supreme Council of Ukraine, 2004, no. 19, item 269; 2013, no. 14, item 89): 1) second part of the seventh to exclude;

6. Article 7 of the law of Ukraine "on military duty and military service" (Supreme Council of Ukraine, 2006, no. 38, item 324; 2010, # 12, art. 117) lay in the following wording: article 7. Military dress and insignia of military personnel 1. For military personnel are military dress and insignia.

2. Military service during the meeting are provided a military form of clothing. The reservists are provided a military form of clothing in accordance with established standards. For these persons are established provided for military insignia.

3. Military dress-set injury in construction and by the appearance of items of clothing, footwear and certain types of equipment, installed for military personnel of the armed forces of Ukraine and other military formations.

4. Insignia of the servicemen-signs (shoulder, patches and badges, signs on the back; the signs on headgears, including cockades, emblems, ornaments; gaptuvannâ; edges and stripes; buttons with symbols) on the formenomu clothing designed to refer to military ranks, positions, belonging to the State, a military formation, the type of armed forces of Ukraine, the kind of troops, military units (units).

6. Examples of special clothing, footwear and equipment, means of individual protection and other items of material property of servicemen are being developed by the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine-special service for State transport, the relevant central executive bodies that have subordinate military formation, the security service of Ukraine, Ukraine's Public Administration, Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine State service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine and approved by the Ministry of defence of Ukraine.


7. The rules for wearing military clothing forms and samples of characters distinguishing are developed and approved by the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine-special service for State transport, the relevant central executive bodies that have subordinate military formation, the security service of Ukraine, Ukraine's Public Administration, Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine State service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine.

8. The wearing of military forms of characters distinguishing military persons who do not have this right is prohibited and entails responsibility according to law. "

7. The law of Ukraine "on the National Guard of Ukraine" (Supreme Council of Ukraine, 2014, no. 17, 594): 1) the first sentence of part three article 20 lay in the following wording: "3. the Soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine have the right to wear the military forms of characters distinguishing, samples of which are approved according to the law of Ukraine" on military duty and military service ";

2) part 7 of article 21 to lay out in the following wording: "7. procedure for food and material provision of troops of the National Guard of Ukraine, as well as monetary compensation value for neotrimanì food and rečove property are determined in accordance with the law on social and legal protection of military personnel and their families."

8. the third part of article 19 of the law of Ukraine "on the State service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine" (Supreme Council of Ukraine, 2014, no. 25, 890) to lay out in the following wording: "3. the Personnel of the State service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine have the right to wear the military forms of characters distinguishing, samples of which are approved according to the law of Ukraine" on military duty and military service ".

II. Final and transitional provisions 1. This Act shall take effect from the day following the day of its publication.

2. after the enactment of this Law: a field of military dress, insignia, approved before the enactment of this Act, until January 1, 2016; another military dress, insignia of the servicemen, special clothing, footwear and equipment, means of individual protection and other items of material property, approved before the enactment of this Act, within established norms, but not later than January 1, 2018;

the subjects of the military forms of clothing received as humanitarian aid or used within the established norms, but not longer than the six-month period after cessation of anti-terrorist operations; other items of material property received as humanitarian aid or used within the established norms.

3. the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the MIT of the enactment of this law: to bring their regulations into conformity with this Act;

ensure acceptance of the ministries, other central bodies of executive power of regulations stemming from this law;

to provide a preview of ministries and other central bodies of executive power of their normative legal acts that contradict this law.
