Making changes to some of Ukraine ' s laws on pension provision

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ruling :
I. Amend the laws of Ukraine to be amended:
1. Article 51 The Law of Ukraine "On pension of persons freed from military service, and some other persons" (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, art. 399; 2006, No. 37, pp. 318) complement part of the third such content:
" Transfer pensions due to a change in size, at least one type of money to provide suitable categories of military personnel eligible for such recessions under this Act or in relation to the introduction of the specified categories persons of new monthly additional types of money supply (allowances, boards, increases) and in size established by legislation not carried out of the guilt of the Pension Fund of Ukraine and/or state bodies issued for the The transfer of pension, to give rise to the formation of the right to it without restriction on the line ".
2. B first paragraph Sub-item 2, paragraph 2, section XV "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On General State Pension Insurance" (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 49-51, art. 376; 2005, No. 25, pp. 339) the word "intended" should be replaced by the word "predicted".
1. This Act is effective from 1 January 2016.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine until 1 January 2016:
To bring their legal and legal acts into compliance with the Act;
Provide a view and abolishment of ministries, other central executive bodies of their normative acts contrary to this Act.
