On Amendments to Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Road Transport" concerning the organization of transport by the Kiev City State Administration

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

1. Paragraph 2 of the second part of the first Article 7 The Law of Ukraine "On Road Transport" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 32, art. 273) set out in such an editorial:

" on international and intercity and commuter bus routes of common use, which go beyond the territory of the area (interregional routes), the central executive branch ensures formation and implementation of state policy in the sphere of The city of Kiev is the international airport "Boryspil", the organizer of passenger traffic on which the Kiev City State Administration is organized. "

2. This Act will take effect from the day, the next in the day of its publication.
