On Amendments to Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Childhood" concerning the strengthening of social protection of foster families and children's homes

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

I. Article 13 "Protection of Childhood (Ukraine)". (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 30, pp. 142; 2009, No. 39, st. 550) after part of the fourth complement to a new part of this content:

" Children's household and adoptive families, in which there are at least a year living according to three or more children, as well as families (except for multiple families), in which there are not less than a year living three and more children, given which are established the care or care provided are provided by the benefits provided by a part of the third, subject to the conditions defined by part of the fourth of this article. "

Due to this, the part five and sixth are considered as part of the sixth and seventh parts respectively.

II. Final Position

1. This Act will take effect from 1 January 2013, in addition to paragraph 2 of this section, which will take effect from the day of publication of this Act.

2. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine until 1 January 2013:

To bring their legal and legal acts into compliance with the Act;

To ensure that the ministries and other central and local governments are responsible for compliance with the Act.
