On the ratification of the Agreement on the order of the transmission of samples of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

Agreement on the order of transmission of samples of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors signed on October 18, 2011. Saint Petersburg (added), which takes effect from the date of receipt of the depositary of the report of Ukraine's execution of the necessary internal procedures, but not the previously selected Agreement under Article 12 of this Agreement, Statement and warning:

1) "Ukraine declares that it is not a party to the Cooperation of States parties to the Commonwealth of Independent States in the fight against illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors of 30 November 2000";

(2) To Article 3:

"Ukraine leaves the right to conduct a customs review in accordance with national legislation."
