For amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on improving the taxation of the cost of household fuel provided to the widows of deceased coal workers, who for life had the right to free such fuel

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

I. Amend Tax Code of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 13-17, art. (112) Such changes:

"(1) A paragraph of the fifth sub-paragraph of paragraph 138.10.6, paragraph 138.10, paragraph 138.10. of Article 138, add up to the words" as well as the widows of the deceased pensioners, listed in this sub-item, who had such a right ";

(2) Paragraph 165.1.20, paragraph 165.1.20, paragraph 165.1, paragraph 165.1, amend the words "as well as the widows of the deceased pensioners involved in this sub-paragraph, who had such a right".

II. Final Position

1. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for two months on the day of entry into force is to bring its legal and legal acts into compliance with the Act.
