On Amendments to Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On increasing the prestige of the mining work"

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

1. Article 5 Law of Ukraine "On increasing the prestige of a mining work" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2008, No. 42-43, pp. 293) to read:

" Article 5 . Features of education

Miners who have an underground work of underground work are not less than three years old and for three years after general secondary education, whose parents are miners and who have an underground work of no less than 15 years or who died as a result of The accident on production or becoming disabled I or II groups is enrolled outside the competition for personal choice of speciality in public and communal higher and vocational training of Ukraine to study at the expense of funds Public and local budgets with seats in hostels at the time of study and guaranteed payment Account of the funds of the state budget of the scholarship in the amount of the subsistence minimum established by law for working persons.

Selected persons after graduation are employed in accordance with the agreement concluded between the respective executive body, the head of the educational institution and graduate.

The form of the treaty and the order of the agreement is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. "

2. This Act will take effect from the day, the next in the day of its publication.
