On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012"

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

1. 1) complement the article 26 of this content:

" Article 26. Establish that the provision of funds by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to the municipal enterprise "Dnipropetrovsk Metro" Dnipropetrovsk city council (with a loan involved by the state from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for Implementation of the project " The completion of the construction of the metro in m.
