Making changes to some laws of Ukraine regarding the need for mandatory provision of extracts and statements from the Single State Registry of Legal Persons and Individuals-Entrepreneurs

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:
I. Amend the laws of Ukraine to be amended:
1. In part four of Article 44 Law of Ukraine "On Notaries" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 39, art. 383; 2009, No. 13, pp. 161; 2011, no. 41, st. 413) The words "excerpted from the United State Register of Legal Persons and Physical Persons-Entrepreneurs" to replace the words "information about it contained in the Single State Registry of Legal Persons and Physical Persons-Entrepreneurs".
2. First sentence of part 2 of Article 13 The Law of Ukraine "On News Agency" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 13, art. 83; 2011, No. 6, pp. (41) To exclude.
3. In Laws of Ukraine "On government regulation of production and circulation of alcohol of ethyl, horse and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 46, p. 345; 1997, No. 45, pp. 286; 2002, No. 26, pp. 175; 2007, No. 4, pp. 32; 2009, No. 18, pp. 246; 2011, no. 41, st. 413):
(1) In paragraph 2 of the second part of Article 3, the words "and documents confirming the state registration of the master's office" to exclude;
2) in part nineteen of Article 15 words "to which the statement is added or drawn from the United State Register of Legal Persons and Physical Persons" to exclude.
4. Paragraph 4 of the seventh article 4 Law of Ukraine "On the transfer of objects of law of state and communal property" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 34, pp. 228; with changes made by the Law of Ukraine dated May 17, 2012 No. 4712-VI) of the word "and the statement or excerpts from the United State Register of Legal Persons and Physical Persons" to exclude.
5. Paragraph 1 of the second article 19 Law of Ukraine "On Banks and Banking" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 5-6, pp. 30; 2011, No 36, st. 362) to be excluded.
6. Part of the second article 19 Law of Ukraine "On assessment of property, property rights and professional assessment activities in Ukraine" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 47, pp. 251; 2011, No. 41, pp. 413; 2012, No. 25, pp. 261) the words "statement or excerpts from the Single State Registry of Legal Persons and Physical Persons-Entrepreneurs" to exclude.
7. Part of the second article 35 Law of Ukraine "On financial services and public regulation of financial services markets" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 1, p. 1; 2006, No. 13, pp. 110, 2011, pp. 41. 413) The phrase "is added or drawn from the Single State Registry of Legal Persons and Individuals-Entrepreneurs" to be replaced by the word "added".
8. In The Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Legal Persons and Physical Persons-Entrepreneurs" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 31-32, art. 263 with the following changes):
(1) A paragraph of the thirteenth part of the second article 7, after the words "and licenses", supplemented with the words "to make civil rights treaties", and after the words "in a state of termination", add to the words "about activities";
(2) Paragraph third of Article 17 and paragraph 3 of the third part of Article 21 shall be supplemented by the words "on the right to make payments for the series and the passport number";
3) in the text of the Law of the Word "through its religious beliefs refuses to accept the registration number of the taxpayer and reported it to the State Tax Service Authority" in all differences and numbers to replace: " because of his religious beliefs, refused to accept the registration number of the taxpayer ' s tax card, reported the relevant public tax service body and has a note in passport for the right to carry out payments in the series and the passport number " in the appropriate case and number.
9. Paragraph of the second part of the fourth article 38 Law of Ukraine "On insurance" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 7, pp. 50; 2011, No 41, st. 413) The words "and the statement or excerpts from the Single State Registry of Legal Persons and Physical Persons-of Entrepreneurs" to exclude.
10. In the second sentence of Part 4 of Article 7 Law of Ukraine "On the Cooperation" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 5, p. 35, 2011, pp. 41. 413) The words "data on the state registration confirmed by the statement or excerpts from the Single State Registry of Legal Persons and Physical Persons-of Entrepreneurs" to exclude.
11. Paragraph "in" part of the first article 5 Law of Ukraine "On the distribution of copies of audiovisual works, phonograms, video game, computer programs, databases" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 7, pp. 46; 2011, no. 41, st. 413) to be excluded.
12. Telecommunications Law of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 12, p. 155, 2011, pp. 41. 413; 2012, No. 5, pp. 35):
(1) Second sentence of the paragraph of the first part of the second and paragraph of the fourth part of the fourth article 42 to exclude;
(2) Paragraph 1 of part 2 of the second article 45 to be excluded.
13. In the second sentence of the second article 9 Law of Ukraine "On Third Courts" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 35, p. 412; 2011, No. 41, pp. 413) The words "and the statement or excerpts from the Single State Registry of Legal Persons and Physical Persons-of Entrepreneurs" to exclude.
14. In "Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine". (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 48, art. 526; 2011, No. 41, pp. 413):
(1) Paragraph 1 of part 4 of Article 32 should be excluded;
(2) In paragraph 1 of Part 5 of Article 41, the phrase "a statement or excerpts from the Single State Register of Legal Persons and Individuals-Entrepreneurs, and" to exclude;
(3) Paragraph 1 of the seventh article 42 is taught in such an editorial:
"1) for radio amateurs-a copy of the document that will make a message."
15. Part of eighth article 38 The Law of Ukraine "On Television and Radio Broadcasting" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 18, p. 155, 2011, pp. 41. 413) to be excluded.
16. Abzac third sub-paragraph 3.2.1. paragraph 3.2. of Article 3 Law of Ukraine "On measures aimed at ensuring sustainable functioning of the fuel and energy complex enterprises" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 33, pp. 430; 2011, No. 41, st. 413) to be excluded.
17. Part 8 of Article 4 - 1 Law of Ukraine "On the permissive system in the sphere of economic activity" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 48, art. 483; 2010, No. 13, pp. 128; 2011, No. 42, pp. 426; 2012, No. 29, pp. 332):
in the paragraph of the fifth word "and the relevant document confirming the stated change (the statement from the Single State Registry of Legal Persons and Physical Persons)" to exclude;
in the paragraph of the sixth word "documents added" to be replaced by the words "the added document".
18. In Article 4 Law of Ukraine "On wholesale agricultural markets" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2009, No. 51, p. 755; 2011, no. 41, st. 413):
The sixth part of the second to exclude;
part of the third complement of sentences to others-the fourth such content: " In consideration by the central body of the executive branch on the agrarian policy, forged by the legal entity of documents to acquire the status of wholesale market of agricultural products Information on the identity contained in the Single State Registry of Legal Individuals and Individuals-Entrepreneurs. 19. Under the second and third paragraphs 1 and paragraph 3 of the first article 4 Law of Ukraine "On collecting and accounting for a single contribution to public social insurance" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 2-3, pp. 11, No. 41, pp. 413) The words "marked in the extraction" replace the words "according to the information".
20. Paragraph second of Article 11 and paragraph 2 of the second part of Article 60 The Law of Ukraine "On renewal of the debtor's solvency or recognition of its bankrupt" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 32-33, art. 413) to be excluded.
1. This Act shall take effect from 1 January 2013, except:
item 8, section I of this Act, which will take effect at the same time as the The Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on the Capture of Legal Persons and Physical Persons-Entrepreneurs" 24 May 2012 No. 4839-VI;
Paragraph 20 of the section I of this Act, which is to take effect from 18 January 2013.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a three-month period from the day of entry into force:
To bring their legal and legal acts into compliance with the Act;
To ensure that the ministries, other central executive bodies, have their legal and legal acts in compliance with the Act.
