Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:
I. Amend Law of Ukraine "On stimulating the development of domestic engineering for agro-industrial complex" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 24, art. 167; 2009, No. 42, pp. 634):
1. Article 1, paragraph 3, would be replaced by three items of such content:
" (3) Domestic machinery and equipment for agro-industrial complex-manufactured by the enterprises of domestic engineering for agro-industrial complex technique and equipment, specified in paragraph 1 of this article, in case the extent of their localization more than 60 percent other than tractors and other self-propelled agricultural means, special cars of agricultural purpose, self-propelled and impairable combines, whose localization shall exceed An indicator set by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
4) enterprises of domestic engineering for agro-industrial complex-residents in Ukraine, which produce domestic machinery and equipment for the agro-industrial complex;
5) the degree of localization is the demand for the weight of the value of raw materials, materials, units, assemblies, parts and components of the domestic production in the cost of the equipment and equipment specified in paragraph 1 of this article. "
