Article 11. 2) the return of funds in part of the reimbursement of the cost of agricultural machinery transferred to the subjects of the business in the terms of financial leasing;
3) funds to be paid by the repayment of loans involved by the state or under state guarantees and provided for the procurement of agricultural machinery of foreign production transferred to agricultural goods and other The subjects of the host;
4) the return of funds provided by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine for financial support of measures in the agro-industrial complex on the terms of financial lease, as well as the procurement of tribal netels and cows, domestic machinery and equipment for the agro-industrial complex, with the following implementation of agricultural enterprises on the terms of financial liinings;

Article 14. 1. This Act is effective from 1 January 2013.

5. 8.
