On the Ratification of the Agreement on the Cooperation of States Parties to the Commonwealth of Independent States in the fight against the diverting of cultural values and ensuring their return

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

Ratify Agreement on the Cooperation of States Parties to the Commonwealth of Independent States in the fight against the disagreements of cultural values and ensuring their return , committed on 5 October 2007, in m. Dushanbe (added), which takes effect for Ukraine to give the surrender to a depositary report of the execution of the Government of the necessary internal procedures, with the following warning:

" The Ukrainian side is maintained against the harmonization of the CIS national legislation (article 3), as well as concerning the implementation of the CIS countries to undertake the provisions of universal and regional countries. Multilateralism (paragraph "B Article 3)".
