On Amendments to Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013"

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

1. Law of Ukraine Article 6 "The State Budget of Ukraine for 2013" (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 5-6, pp. 60; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine on 4 April 2013 No. 164-VII, No. 176-VII and No. 181-VII and from 21 May 2013 No. 283-VII) to complement paragraph 4 of this content:

"4) by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to ensure the execution of the obligations of the State Concern" Ukroboronprom ".

Conditions of government guarantees are set up by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. "

2. This Act will take effect from the day, the next in the day of its publication.
