Concerning amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine on the cost of the cost of preparing and conducting land trading

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

1. Carry to Land Code of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 3-4, art. (27) Such changes:

1) in the second part of the sixth article 135 words and numbers "not more than 3,500 untax minimums" replace with words and numbers "not more than 2,000 untax minimums";

2) third article 137 Set out in this edition:

" 3. The Land Trade Authority after receiving documents and materials on the lot publishes on the official website of the central executive branch that implements state policy in the sphere of land relations, and, by the desire of the land organizer. to the media, in the print media of the announcement of the date of the bidding and listing of the lots ";

3) first article 139 Set out in this edition:

" The organizer of land trading days not later than five working days after the bidding process accommodates on the official website of the Central Executive Authority, implementing state policy in land relations, video recording and reports. results in each lot, and also, by the desire of the land trading organizer, publishes this message in the print media, in which the announcement was posted about their conduct, with the definition. "

2. This Act will take effect from the day, the next in the day of its publication.
