On the introduction of changes to the Budget Code of Ukraine on the provision of coal or peat briquettes

(Information of the Verkhovna Rada (VR), 2014, No. 22, pp. 789)

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine:

1. Paragraph 4 of paragraph 4 of the first article , first sentence of the first part of the second paragraph and Part 4 of Article 102 of the Budget Code of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 50-51, p. 572) after the word "coal", supplemented with the words "or thorny briquet".

2. This Act is effective from 1 January 2014.
