Contribute to the Law of Ukraine " On rehabilitation of victims of political
repression in Ukraine " ( 962-12 ) (Information of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR,
1991, N 22, pp. 262; of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, 1992
, N 32, st. 456) such changes and additions:
Part of Article 5 of the Act is as follows:
" Set for persons who have been punished as
Imprisonment or forcible notice in the treatment facilities and
subsequently rehabilitated under Article 1 of this Act,
compensation in the amount of one minimum wage per year
every month in prison, but not more than 75 minimum
Wages are good. Once a cash compensation is rehabilitated
The person is paid to up to 15 minimum wage, and the rest
The proper money is for the next five years. In case
capabilities, on demand of rehabilitating, all cash
The compensation may be paid at once. Payment of compensation
the heirs are not carried out, except when compensation was
calculated but not received by rehabilitating ".
