On the addition of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
"Local taxes and fees"
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 1993, N 32, pp. 340)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Introduce to Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20 May
1993 N 56-93 "On local taxes and fees":
1. Article 1 of the Decree shall complement the paragraph of such content:
"Tax for the sale of imported goods".
2. Add Decree of Article 17-1 such a content:
" "Article 17-1". Tax on the sale of imported goods
Taxpayers for the sale of imported goods are legal
individuals and citizens who are registered as subjects of entrepreneurship.
The object of taxation is the total value of goods in
the market prices noted in the declaration that is served
quarterly to state tax inspection by district (city)
for the locality (place of residence) of the enterprise.
The marginal tax size of the sale of imported goods is not
must exceed 3 percent of the proceeds from the implementation
"These goods".
II. This Act takes effect from the day of its publication.
