Ukraine on 21 January 1993 N 7-93 "On the State of State"
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, N 13, st.113) paragraph
The third such content: "State control agencies-plaintiffs and mechanisms"
the defendants are on the lawsuits and the arbitration court. "
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
