Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
1. Paragraph 2 of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On citizenship"
Ukraine ". 1636-12 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1991,
N 50, pp. 701; 1993, N 14, pp. 122) in this edition:
" (2) persons working in the state direction shall pass
military service, studying outside Ukraine or leaving for
legal grounds for permanent residence to another country under conditions,
if they were born or proved to be permanently residing in Ukraine before
the moment of departure abroad is not in the nationality of others
and not later as five years after the effect of force
"This Law has found the desire to become citizens of Ukraine."
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
