Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
Convention on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in the
civil, family and criminal matters (next to the Convention),
signed on behalf of Ukraine in m. Minsk 22 January 1993
( 997_009 ), to ratify with such reservations:
1. Ukraine takes on the obligation to provide legal
Assistance in the volume of Article 6 of the Convention, except
Recognition and execution of executive inscriptions.
2. Ukraine takes on the obligation to recognize and fulfil
Decisions made on the territories of States parties to the Convention,
of paragraph 51 of the Convention, with the exception of
The notarial acts on monetary commitments.
