On Amendments to the Mining Law of Ukraine on the provision of coal or peat briquettes

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:
I. Amend Mining Law of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 50, p. 433; 2001, No. 32, pp. 172; 2002, No. 6, pp. 35; 2008, No. 42-43, pp. 293; 2009, No. 51, pp. 758; 2012, No. 5, pp. 39; with changes made by the Law of Ukraine dated October 16, 2012 No. 5459-VI) such changes:
1. Article 43 after part of the seventh complement to a new part of this content:
" In this case, listed in part seven of this article, which has the right to pay for free coal to household needs and work (worked) in enterprises with mining (recycling) of charcoal, can be provided instead of coal, in terms of the fitness of the heating system, the thoracic briquettes. "
In this regard, it is part of the 8th to be considered part of the ninth.
1) after part of the fifth complement to a new part of this content:
" In this case, in part 5 of this article, which has the right to provide coal to household needs and worked on products from mining (recycling) of brown coal, can be provided instead of coal, provided conditions. The fitness of the heating system, peat briquettes. "
In this regard, parts of the sixth are considered to be the seventh part of the seventh-ninth.

1. This Act is effective from 1 January 2014.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a three-month period from the day of entry into force by the Law to ensure that the Ministries and the other central authorities of the executive branch are in compliance with the Act.
