On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and Status of Judges"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine:

1. Paragraph 5 of the Third Article 129 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and Status of Judges" (Supreme Council of Ukraine, 2010, No. 41-45, pp. 529) to exclude.

2. This Act is effective from 1 January 2014.
