2) the return of funds in part of the reimbursement of the cost of agricultural machinery transferred to the subjects of the business in the terms of financial leasing;
3) funds to be paid by the repayment of loans involved by the state or under state guarantees and provided for the procurement of agricultural machinery of foreign production transferred to agricultural goods and other The subjects of the host;
4) the return of funds provided by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine for financial support of measures in the agro-industrial complex on the terms of financial lease, as well as the procurement of tribal netels and cows, domestic machinery and equipment for the agro-industrial complex, with the following implementation of agricultural enterprises on the terms of financial liinings;

Article 14. 9) implementation of European Union assistance programs involving measures to: support implementation Energy Strategy of Ukraine for the period up to 2030 ; Effective use of energy resources and energy conservation; protection of consumer rights, standardization, metrology, certification, compliance and management of quality; support for implementation of public environmental policy; support implementation of public policy in transport; the management of public border (by sources defined by the Article 12, paragraph 1 of this Act);
10) acquisition of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Securities according to Article 9 Law of Ukraine "On ordering of issues related to nuclear safety" (by sources defined by article 12, paragraph 2 and article 13, paragraph 7 of this Act);
11) measures related to the formation of the state reserve foundation (by sources defined by the article 13, paragraph 1 of this Act);
12) increase of the statutory capital of the National Joint Stock Company "Ukraygrove" for procurement of technical equipment for the agro-industrial complex with further transfer of them on financial lease conditions (through sources determined). Items 2 and Article 13 of this Act);
