LAW OF UKRAINE

Concerning amendments to Article 297 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine concerning the responsibility for desecration or destruction of monuments erected in memory of those who fought against Nazism during World War II-Soviet liberators, participants Partisan fighting, the underground, victims of the Nazi persecution, and the internationalists and peacemakers ' soldiers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine:

1. Articles 297 Criminal Code of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 25-26, art. 131) set out in such an editorial:

" Article 297. Outward over the grave, other burial place or above the body of the deceased
