In recognition for the loss of validity, the Law of Ukraine "On making changes to some legislative acts of Ukraine to bring them into compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine"

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

1. To recognize that which is lost Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Introduction of Them in Compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 10, pp. 63).

2. Set that the laws of Ukraine were amended to be amended by the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to the Constitution of Ukraine", which were lost under paragraph 1 of that Act, work in the revision, valid as of October 7, 2010, with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine after October 7, 2010, in parts corresponding to normal Constitution of Ukraine on the date of entry into force of the Act.

3. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.

4. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for three months from the day of publication of this Act:

1) bring their regulatory and legal acts into compliance with this Act;

(2) To ensure the revision and guidance of the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory and legal acts in compliance with the Act.
