Making changes to some of Ukraine ' s legislative acts in connection with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine"

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ruling :

I. Amend the following legislative acts of Ukraine:

1. Part of the first article 43 and Part 9 of Article 252 The Code of Laws on the Law of Ukraine (Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, st. 375) after the words "State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine" should be supplemented with the words "National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine".

2. Item 5 Part of the Fifth Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On the basic principles of exercise of public financial control in Ukraine" (Council of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 13, art. 110; 2005, No. 10, p. 187; 2006, No. 14, pp. 117; 2013, No. 21, pp. 208; 2014, No. 4, pp. 61, No. 20-21, pp. 712) after the words "Security Services of Ukraine" should be supplemented with the words "National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine".

3. Part three Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Organising and Legal Foundations of Combating Organized Crime" (Council of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 35, art. 358 with the following changes) to complement the following content:

"The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine".

4. Sub-paragraph 2 "A" part of the first article 38 of the Law of Ukraine "On Local Government in Ukraine" (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, pp. After the words "Internal Affairs", it was added to the words "National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine".

5. Part 9 Article 41 of the Law of Ukraine "On professional unions, their rights and guarantees of activity" (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 45, art. 397; 2002, No. 11, pp. 79; 2015, No. 2-3, st. 12) after the words "State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine" should be supplemented with the words "National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine".

6. Part three Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On political parties in Ukraine" (Parliament of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 23, art. 118; 2005, No. 34, pp. 437; 2009, No. 36-37, pp. 511; 2014, No. 20-21, p. 712; 2015, No. 2-3, pp. 12) complement paragraph 8 of this content:

"8) Employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine".

7. Article 4 Law of Ukraine "On the Foundations of National Security of Ukraine" (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 39, pp. 351; 2006, No. 14, pp. 116; 2015, No. 16, pp. (110) After paragraph 9, add a new paragraph to the contents of the following paragraph:

"National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine".

In this regard, the paragraphs of the tenth are the thirteenth to fourteen, respectively.

8. In Telecommunications Law of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 12, p. 155 with the following changes):

(1) Part of this article 27 after the words "Internal Affairs of Ukraine" should be supplemented by the words "National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine";

(2) Part of the second article 38 and paragraph 9 of Part 1 of the first article 39, after the words "Security Service of Ukraine", supplemented with the words "National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine".

9. In The Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Property Rights on Real Property and Their Rations" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 18, art. 141; 2014, No. 46, pp. 2048; 2015, No. 21, pp. (133):

(1) Part of the third article 28 after the words "Security Services of Ukraine" to supplement the words "National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine";

(2) The paragraph of the second part of the fifth article 29, after the words "Security Service of Ukraine", should be supplemented with the words "National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine".

10. Second part of the third paragraph and Articles 54 , sections of the second article 56 Law of Ukraine "On Elections of the Verkhovna Rada of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local councils and rural, village, city heads" (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 35-36, art. 491, No. 39, pp. 514; 2014, No. 18-19, pp. 696) after the words "Security Service of Ukraine" should be supplemented with the words "National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine".

11. Item 25 Annex 1 of the first article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Prevention and Counter of Legalization (the rejection) of the proceeds of crime, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction" (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 50-51, st. 2057; 2015, No. 17, pp. (118) After paragraph 9, add a new paragraph to the content of the following:

"Director of National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and its deputies".

In this regard, the paragraphs of the tenth are the eighteenth to be ranked by the eleventh to nineteenth.

II. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.
