On Amendments to Article 46 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption"
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada (VR), 2015, No. 39, pp. 376)
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine:
1. Carry to Article 46 Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 49, pp. 2056; 2015, No. 17, pp. 118) such changes:
1) first part Complementing paragraph 2-1 of this content:
" 2-1) objects of incomplete construction, objects not taken into service or ownership of which is not registered in the established law, which:
(a) belong to the subject of declaring or members of his family on the right of property according to Civil Code of Ukraine ;
b) are located on land areas owned by the subject of the declaration or members of his family on the right of private property, including joint property, or transferred to them on loan or otherwise right to use, regardless of legal basis of acquisition. Such a law
(c) Fully or partially constructed of materials or by means of the subject of the declaration or members of his family.
(a) Information on location of the object;
(b) information on the owner or user of the land on which the construction of the facility is carried;
(b) If the object is in common ownership-all its co-owners are given the information provided by paragraph 1 of the first part of this article, or the naming of an appropriate legal entity with the designation of the United State Register of Legal Persons and individuals-entrepreneurs ";
2) after part of the second complement the new part of this content:
" 3. The declaration also contains information about declaration objects provided by paragraphs 2-8 of the first article of this article, which are third-person property rights, if the subject of a declaration or a member of his family receives or has the right to obtain income From such an object, or whether directly or indirectly (through other physical or legal persons) to act on such an object of action, to be able to make the right of the right to them.
The information provided by this part is not noted in the declaration, if appropriate objects belong to the law of the legal person specified in paragraph 5-1 of the part of this article, and their main purpose is to use in the host system. activities of such a legal person (industrial equipment, special technique, etc.).
The provisions of this part apply during the submission of the declaration by officers who are responsible and especially responsible, as well as the subjects of the declaration which occupy positions associated with the high level of corruption risks, according to Article 50 of this Act. "

2. This Act will take effect from the day, the next in the day of its publication.
