Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:
I. Chapter VI "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Budget Code of Ukraine (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 50-51, pp. 572) complement paragraph 33 of this content:
" 33. To establish that, from 1 September 2015 to 1 January 2017, an experiment with the financial implementation of the following measures is introduced:
In the Odessa region-the reconstruction of the public road of public importance Odessa-Reni (in Bucharest) (M-15);
in Volyn and Lviv regions-the current repair of the road road of the state value of Lviv-Radehi-Lutsk (N-17), the areas of Lviv-Skola of the public road of the state of Kyiv-Chop (on Budapest via Lviv, Mukachevo, Uzhgorod) (M-06) and the public road of the public importance of Skola-Slavskaya (T-14-24);
In Chernivtsi Oblast-the current repair of the road road of the state value of Stryi-Ivano-Frankivsk-Chernivtsi-Mamalliga (on the Kishinov) (N-10).
During the period of conducting an experiment to implement the specified measures to the special funds of relevant regional budgets, as an exception to the provisions of Part 2 of the second article 29, Article 69 - 1 , parts of the second article 85, articles 87 and 91 of this Code, directed 50 per cent of the sum of the total amount of monthly indicative indicators of customs payments (mito, excise tax from imported into customs territory of Ukraine). Goods of goods (products), the value added from imported goods to the customs territory of Ukraine (products), which can be made available in the customs of goods in the territories of Odessa, Volyn, Lviv and Chernivtsi regions; in the order established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will approve a methodology for calculating monthly indicative indicators of customs payments in a territorial solution with regard to the factors affecting the volumes of such payments as well as to inform the Supreme Council monthly. Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, and the Account Chamber on the implementation of the experiment (with the above monthly indicators, actual revenues and the volume of the budget for the special funds of the regional budgets), and information on the use of such budget funds). "
1. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the monthly row from the day of entry into force:
To bring their legal and legal acts into compliance with the Act;
To ensure that the ministries, other central executive bodies, have their legal and legal acts in compliance with the Act.
