Concerning amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine concerning the special regime of pre-trial investigation in conditions of war, emergency or in the area of anti-terrorist operation

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ruling :

I. Complement Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 9-13, pp. 88) Section IX - 1 such content:

" Section IX - 1
SPECIAL REGIME OF PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATIONS IN CONDITIONS OF WAR, EMERGENCY OR IN THE AREA OF ANTI-TERRORIST OPERATION

Article 615. Special regime of pre-trial investigations in conditions of war, emergency or in the area of anti-terrorist operation

1. On the area (administrative territory), on which the legal regime of war, emergency, conducting an anti-terrorist operation, in the event of an impossibility of an anti-terrorist operation, in the case of an impossibility of an anti-terrorist operation, in the case of an impossibility of an anti-terrorist operation by a judge of authority, stipulated by articles 163, 164, 234, 235, 247 and 248 of this Code, as well as the authority to elect the precautionary measure, in the form of custody of up to 30 days to persons suspected of committing crimes prescribed by articles 109-114 - 1 , 258-258 - 5 , 260-263 - 1 , 294, 348, 349, 377-379, 437-444 Criminal Code of Ukraine "This is the responsibility of the prosecutor."

II. This Act takes effect from the day of its publication.
