Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Amend the following legislative acts of Ukraine:

{Paragraph 1 I lost the validity of the Code
N 2456-VI ( 2456-17 ) of 08.07.2010}

2. In the Law of Ukraine "On Physical Culture and Sport"
( 3808-12 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, N 14,
Oh, 80):
1) in part of the fourth article 13 of the word "Paranolymen"
Replace the word "Paralympic";
2) in part 5 of Article 35 of the word "Paranolymen"
replace the word "Paralympic".

4. Under article 1 of the Law of Ukraine " On Pensions for Special
" (...) (...) 1767-14 ) (Information from the Verkhovna Rada)
Ukraine, 2000, N 35, st. 289; 2002, N 41, pp. 293)
"Paralympic" will replace the word "Paralympic".
5. In the title and text of the Law of Ukraine " On Support
Olympic, Paraguayan movement and sport of higher achievements in the
Ukraine ". 1954-14 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000,
N 43, st. 370; 2001, N 2-3, pp. 10; 2003, N 10-11, pp. 86,
N 37, st. 308; 2004, N 17-18. (250) The words "paranoolski"
and "ParanOlympian" in all differences and numbers replaced with the words
"Paralympic" and "Paralympic" in their respective differences and
Numbers.
6. In the Law of Ukraine " On the State Budget of Ukraine on
2004 ( 1344-15 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004,
N 17-18, st. 250, N 43-44. 493; 2005, N 4, pp. 89):
(1) In paragraph 31 of Article 80, the words "para Olympia" and
"Paralympic" is replaced according to the words "Paralympic"
and "Paralympic";
2) in the paragraph of the third article 33 of the word "Paranolymen"
Replace by the word "Paralympic";
(3) In Appendix N 3 to the Law of Ukraine " On the State Budget
Ukraine in 2004 " 1344-15 ):
in costs by code 5423030 0810 " Preparation and Participation
national teams teams in the Paralympic and Deaflympics
The words of the Paralympic Games will be replaced by the word "Paralympic";
in outstanding code 5423040 0810 " Financial support
In Ukraine the "word" of the palatolyday "
replace the word "Paralympic".
II. Final Position
1. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
