On the introduction of changes to some Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the activities of the National Police

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ruling :
I. Amend the following legislative acts of Ukraine:
1. In Civil Protection Code of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 34-35, art. 458):
1) part of this Article 61, after the words "Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine", supplemented with the words "National Police";
2) in Part eleven "The corresponding section of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" should be replaced by the words "Commissioner of the Police of the National Police".
2. In The Law of Ukraine "On Sources of Financing of State Authorities" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 34, pp. (274):
(1) The first sentence of the part of the first Article 2 after the words "through budget funding" is supplemented by the words "(except in cases defined by this Act)";
(2) Article 3, after the words "on a paid basis," to supplement the words "(other than services provided to the contractual services)".
3. In the title and text Article 15 The Law of Ukraine "On burial and funeral proceedings" (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 7, pp. 47; 2009, No. 36-37, pp. 511; 2014, No. 20-21, p. 712, no. 25. 890) the words "persons of the chief and private composition of the bodies of internal affairs" and "persons of the early and private composition of the bodies of the interior" should be replaced by "police officers, persons of chief and private staff".
4. In Telecommunications Law of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 12, p. 155 with the following changes):
(1) In part seven, the words "Internal Affairs of Ukraine" should be replaced by the words "National Police";
(2) Part of the second article 38 after the words "Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" to supplement the words "National Police";

10. In Laws of Ukraine "On the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 30, pp. 409):
