About making changes and additions to some
legislative acts of Ukraine on customs matters

(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 1994, N 20, pp. 116)

I. Introduce to the Customs Code of Ukraine 1970-12 ) (Information
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, N 16, pp. 203) such changes and
completions:
1. In the part of the first article 9, the words "and the Customs" replace
The words "territorial customs, customs and other customs"
Institutions ";
Part of the third and fourth Article 9 of the publication in this edition: " State Customs Committee of Ukraine is created by the President
Ukraine. The Chairman of the State Customs Committee of Ukraine is appointed
In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Territorial customs administration is created by the Cabinet
Ministers of Ukraine. Creation, reorganization and liquidation of customs
and other customs institutions of Ukraine are carried out by the State Customs

& Revision: " The customs authorities of Ukraine constitute a system of governance bodies
the customs matter (customs system), which includes the State Customs
Committee of Ukraine, territorial customs, customs and other
Customs agencies of Ukraine "; " State Customs Committee of Ukraine is created by the President
Ukraine. State Customs Committee of Ukraine
are approved by the President of Ukraine. Territorial customs administration is created by the Cabinet
Ministers of Ukraine. Creation, reorganization and liquidation of customs
and other customs institutions of Ukraine are carried out by the State Customs
Committee of Finance with the Ministry of Finance

2. In the preamble, the word "republic" should be replaced by the word "Ukraine".
3. In the preamble and articles 3, the words " Soviet republics and

5. In the title and text of the Law of the word "Ukrainian SSR" and
"State of Customs Control Committee" in all differences to replace

III. This Act will take effect from the day of publication.
