On the use of state budget funds for the above budget programs in the rosters of directions (facilities, measures) the relevant government budgets of the state budget are quarterly to inform the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on budget issues.
1. This Act is effective from 1 January 2016.

12. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will approve in a two-week line List of State property laws subject to privatisation in 2016, which will provide revenues to the State Budget of Ukraine funds from privatization of state property in 2016. the amount prescribed by this Act.
13. In order to effectively use land-owned land, the executive branch, to the authority of which is transferred to the lease of such land, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the national industry Academicians of the sciences to provide a transfer in the lease of land areas of state ownership in a competitive basis (land trading).
14. Allow the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the consent of the National Bank of Ukraine during the first quarter of 2016 to make legal debt with the state debt by exchange of internal-state bonds owned by the National Bank of Ukraine Ukraine, on new bonds of internal state loans under conditions established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, according to the results of this right, is responsible for adjusting the marginal amount of state debt determined by this Act, and the draft state budget for more than volumes approved by the State Budget. Supplement No. 2 to this Act.
15. Allow the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to implement law with state debt on state external borrowing and guaranteed by the state of debt on external loans (loans), maintenance and services. The repayment of the State Budget of Ukraine, by exchange (changes in the conditions of the current loan), issuance and sale of debt obligations of the state, including by additional issues and offices of external government loans Ukraine and additional issues and houses of state derivatives on conditions, (...) (...)
The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, according to the results of such legal cases, makes appropriate adjustments to the marginal volume of state debt, defined by this Act, and the draft state budget for more than volumes approved in the Supplement No. 2 to this Act.
