Approving and enacting the budget code of Article 1. Approve the budget code of Turkmenistan.
 
Article 2. Put in place a budget code of Turkmenistan since January 1, 2015 year taking into account the provisions established by this Act.
 
Article 3. Establish a phased transition to the implementation of the budget process, based on the provisions of the fiscal code of Turkmenistan.
 
Article 4. The development, review, approval and execution of State budgets of Turkmenistan for 2016 and 2017 years on the basis of the Turkmenistan law "on budgetary system".
 
Article 5. In the composition of public budgets of Turkmenistan for 2016 and 2017 years provide pilot budgets of ministries of Turkmenistan, the development, review, approval and execution of which undertake, in accordance with the budgetary code of Turkmenistan.
 
Article 6. The development, review, approval and execution of the State budget of Turkmenistan in 2018-2020 years (planning period) in accordance with the budgetary code of Turkmenistan.
 
Article 7. Void since January 1, 2018 years: the law of Turkmenistan on June 18, 1996 "on budgetary system" (records of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 1996, no. 1-2, art. 2);
Part XVII of the Act from April 18, 2009 year amending, supplementing and repealing certain acts of Turkmenistan "(records of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2009 г., no. 2, p. 33).
 
Article 8. The Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, within one year from the day of official publication of the budgetary code of Turkmenistan: 1) identify measures to implement the provisions of the Fiscal Code of Turkmenistan;
2) lead the normative legal acts of Turkmenistan in conformity with the budgetary code of Turkmenistan.
