On introducing changes and additions into the law of Turkmenistan "on certification" is translated from the official language of Turkmenistan.
 
I. to amend the law of Turkmenistan "on certification", adopted December 18, 2013 year (statements of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2013, no. 4, p. 89; 2014 g., no. 4, p. 165, 2015, no. 1, p. 29), the following amendments and supplements: 1. In article 14: in the first part the words "as well as exported products" should be deleted;
parts two and three shall be amended as follows: "2. Products exported outside the customs territory of Turkmenistan in connection with its exports, and products designed for personal, family, and not connected with entrepreneurial activity needs of individuals, imported into Turkmenistan is exempt from certification, except as provided by paragraph 3 of this article.
3. Certain types of products, exported outside the customs territory of Turkmenistan in connection with export and products intended for personal, family, and not connected with entrepreneurial activity needs of individuals, imported into Turkmenistan, may be subject to certification. Lists of such products shall be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan. ";
Supplement part as follows: "6. The products excluded from certification can be certified at the request of the parties concerned on the basis of their appeals.
2. after article 14 complement clause as follows: "article 141. Certification of services 1. Certification of services is carried out in the manner prescribed by the notified body, in order to confirm compliance with requirements of normative documents the result of the direct interaction of the Executive Director and the consumer, as well as the activities of the Executive Director to address the needs of the consumer.
2. The list of services to be certified, it is argued by the notified body in consultation with the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
3. Part of the fifth article 16 shall be amended as follows: "5. the conformity certificate issued for the products subject to certification in accordance with article 14 of this law, is submitted to the Customs authorities together with the Customs Declaration and is necessary to obtain a permit for the importation of products to Turkmenistan (export from Turkmenistan).
 
II. The present law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
