On amending the law of Turkmenistan "on Gengeshi," * translated from the official language of Turkmenistan.
 
I. to amend the law of Turkmenistan "on Gengeshi," dated January 15, 2003 year (revised on October 25, 2005) (by Halk on Türkmenistanyň Maslahatynyň resmi namalarynyň Ýygyndysy, ý. 2005, HM-82; Statements of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2007, no. 2, p. 53; 2008 г., no. 4, p. 65; 2015, no. 2, p. 73) as follows: 1. In the second paragraph of article 1 second sentence deleted.
2. In paragraph 17 of article 14, the words "at the expense of the local budget and the population", should be deleted.
 
II. The present law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
