I. Part 2 of Article 4 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On daikhan economy", adopted 9 November 2013 (Bulletin of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2013, № 4, Article 75.), Stated as follows:
"2. Daikhan economy determines the direction of its activities, as well as resolve other issues related to housekeeping.
Direction and production volumes daikhan holdings producing a lease, the lessor shall be established on the basis of the contract.
When growing crops on the basis of state order daikhan economy enjoys the benefits provided by the state.
Products manufactured in excess of contractual obligations daikhan economy, including daikhan farm-tenant remains in his possession and sold them yourself at free prices. ".

II. This Law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
