On amending the law of Turkmenistan "on the media" translated from the official language of Turkmenistan.
 
 
I. Article 28 of the Turkmenistan law "on mass media" adopted December 22, 2012 year (statements of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2012, no. 4, p. 106; 2013, no. 2, p. 44), shall be amended as follows: «Article 28. Advertising in mass media mass media advertising is governed by the Turkmenistan law "on advertising".
 
II. The present law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
