On amendments to some legislative acts of Turkmenistan and their invalidation *

I. Make changes and additions to the following legislative acts of Turkmenistan:

1. The Law of Turkmenistan "On Combating Terrorism", adopted on 15 August 2003 (Bulletin of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2003, № 3, Article 28,. 2009, number 3, Article 45,. 2011, number 1, item . 15, 2012, № 4, article 115):
in the second part of article 6, the words "the State service for the protection of a healthy society Turkmen security" shall be deleted;.
Article 8:
of the tenth shall be deleted;
Of the eleventh and twelfth respectively, considered part of the tenth and eleventh.

2. The Law of Turkmenistan "On narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and measures to counter illicit trafficking" adopted on 9 October 2004 (Bulletin of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2004, № 4, Article 28,. 2008, № 2, p. 24, 2009, № 2, Article 33, 2012, № 4, Article 117; 2015, number 1, Article 11, 2016, № 1, Article 11):...

4. The Law of Turkmenistan "On the State Security Council of Turkmenistan" adopted on 23 October 2008 (Bulletin of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2008, № 4, Article 51, 2012, № 4, article 111.):
In paragraph 9 article 4, delete the words "for the protection of the security service of a healthy society,";
Article 5 shall read as follows:
«Article 5. Structure of the State Security Council of Turkmenistan

1. In accordance with the Constitution of Turkmenistan, Turkmen President is the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan. President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan constitutes State Security Council of Turkmenistan and administers them.

2. The composition of the National Security Council shall be approved by the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan. 3
. The activities of the State Security Council of Turkmenistan is ensured by the State budget. ".

5. In the first part of Article 7 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On Weapons", adopted on 21 November 2009 (Bulletin of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2009, № 4, Article 78,. 2012, number 3, Article 65,. 2015, number 2 , Art. 63), delete the words "the State service of Turkmenistan on protection of the security of a healthy society."

6. In the third part of Article 1 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On Military Duty and Military Service", adopted on 25 September 2010 (Bulletin of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2010, № 3, Article 58,. 2011, number 4, Article 78;. 2012 ., number 1, article 44, number 4, Article 113,.. 2014, № 2, Article 80, number 4, Article 146,.. 2015, № 2, Article 64), delete the words "the State. service to protect the security of Turkmenistan of a healthy society. "

7. The Law of Turkmenistan "On Defense", adopted on 25 September 2010 (Bulletin of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2010, № 3, Article 59,. 2011, number 4, Article 76,. 2012, number 4, Article 112. ., 2014, № 1, article 46):
in the third part of article 2 and paragraph 6 of the second part of article 5, respectively, to exclude the words "the State service of Turkmenistan on protection of the security of a healthy society" and "the State service of Turkmenistan for security protection of healthy society ";
In paragraph 7 of Part IV of Article 15 of the text in the state language the word «aňtawçylyk işlerini amala aşyrýar» with the words «razwedka işini amala aşyrýar».

8. In the second part of Article 5 and in the second paragraph of the third paragraph of Article 7 of the Air Code of Turkmenistan, approved by the Law of Turkmenistan on January 10, 2012 (Bulletin of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2012, № 1, Article 6,. 2015, № 2, p. 63, 2016, number 1, item 8), respectively, to exclude the words "and service for health protection of public safety" and "security of the State service for the protection of Turkmenistan of a healthy society.".

9. The Law of Turkmenistan "On measures related to the treatment of persons suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction or dependence on psychoactive substances", adopted on 31 March 2012 (Bulletin of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2012, № 1, p. 36, number 4, Art. 116 ., 2014, № 2, article 81):
in article 1:
the first part in the following wording:
«1. A person suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction or dependence on psychoactive substances should be treated in specialized rehabilitation (recovery) center of public health authorities or a special rehabilitation center of internal affairs agencies. ";
In the second part of the word "rehabilitation center" with the words "Special rehabilitation center of internal affairs (hereinafter - the rehabilitation center) ';
In Article 5:

In the first part, the words "or bodies of security services for the protection of a healthy society (hereinafter - the authorized body)", the words "competent authorities" with "bodies of internal affairs";

In Articles 7, 8 and 9, in the second part of Article 10, in the first and second part of Article 13 the words "competent authorities", "competent authorities", "authorized body", "authorized body" and the "authorized body" shall be replaced by the words "internal affairs bodies", "internal affairs bodies", "body Interior" "Interior body" and "body Interior".

10. In paragraph 4 of Article 11 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On health protection of citizens from exposure to tobacco smoke and the consequences of tobacco consumption", adopted December 18, 2013 (Bulletin of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2013, № 4, Article 90,. 2015, number 1 , Article 34,. 2016, number 1, Article 28), the words "the State service of Turkmenistan for security protection of a healthy society" with the words "Ministry of internal Affairs.".

11. Item 7 of the first part of Article 7 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On operative-investigative activities", adopted November 8, 2014 (Bulletin of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2014, № 4, p. 137), delete and paragraph 8 of this part of the count item 7. || | II. Law of Turkmenistan "On protect the security service of a healthy society", adopted December 22, 2012 (Bulletin of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2012, № 4, p. 105), is repealed.

III. This Law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
