On introducing changes and additions into certain legislative acts of Turkmenistan on State symbols * translated from the official language of Turkmenistan.
 
I. to make changes and additions in the following legislative acts of Turkmenistan on State symbols: 1. the law of Turkmenistan "on the State flag of Turkmenistan, adopted February 19, 1992 (new edition of the law of Turkmenistan, adopted January 24, 2001) (Statements of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2001, no. 1, art. 3; 2011, no. 1, p. 19; 2014 g., no. 4, p. 163): article 1 the word" nation "should be replaced by" the people of Turkmenistan ";
Article 3: the fourth paragraph shall be reworded as follows: "on the buildings of State-owned enterprises, institutions and organizations;";
seventh paragraph should read as follows: "Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and other circumstances may be provided and the use of the national flag of Turkmenistan.";
Article 8 shall be amended as follows: «Article 8. The use of the State flag of Turkmenistan in violation of this law, the abuse of him or disrespectful attitude to it are punishable, established by the legislation of Turkmenistan.
 
2. the law of Turkmenistan "on the State coat of arms of Turkmenistan, adopted August 15, 2003 year (statements of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2003, no. 3, art. 29): the name of the official language shall be amended as follows: «Türkmenistanyň Tugrasy Döwlet hakynda";
eighth paragraph of article 2 shall be amended as follows: "inside the small circle coat of arms depicted a ahaltekinskij horse, which is the national pride of the Turkmen people, the Etalon of magnificent beauty.
Article 3: the seventh and eighth paragraphs shall be reworded as follows: "the State securities;
The Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and other cases may be posting an image of the State emblem of Turkmenistan. ";
supplemented by a paragraph reading as follows: "the State emblem of Turkmenistan in violation of the provisions of the present law shall incur the liability established by the legislation of Turkmenistan.
 
II. The present law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
