On amending the Law of Turkmenistan "on tenders for the supply of goods, works and services for State needs * i. part two of article 2 of the Turkmenistan law" on tenders for the supply of goods, works and services for State needs, adopted December 20, 2014 year (statements of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2014, no. 4, p. 159; 2015, no. 2, p. 70; 2016 г., no. 1 , art. 15), supplemented by a paragraph reading: "12) acquisitions under orders of goods for their own needs self-accounting ministries, departments, scale and subordinated enterprises, institutions, the Ministry of trade and foreign economic relations of Turkmenistan and its subordinate trade enterprises.
 
II. The present law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
